Everything was delivered including the tele care as advertised and in a professional manner. The price was definitely right as my local audiologist encouraged to go with Reform as she could not come close to the price. Very pleased with product and the follow up service which I required very little of after the 1st couple weeks of adjustment. I would recommend Reform to family and friends.

I can’t say enough about how good my experience has been with this company. The Widex Moment 440 has exceeded my expectations. At first, I wasn’t sure they were working because everything sounded so normal! Even my own voice (which was not the case with other hearing aids I tested out). But there is no question they are working – really well actually – because I no longer ask people to repeat themselves and I can hear everything so much clearer. I highly recommend this particular brand and model because the transition to using hearing aids for the first time is seamless, at leaset for me.

As for customer care, Reform has gone above and beyond to make sure things went well for me. They rushed my new hearing aids when I was leaving for the Philipines in 48 hours, handled my follow-up appointments all remotely, and now 6 months later, are still cheerfully helping me with whatever I might need. The warranty is great on this and I couldn’t have made a better choice. THANK YOU!
