Open the app and follow the simple instructions to connect with your telecare hearing aid. Your purchase includes a specialized neckloop that must be worn during each session. A reliable internet connection is required for Reform Telecare.
Telecare Services
Telecare support services function just like a video call. You will talk with a hearing professional face to face on the phone. Using the phone's connection to your telecare hearing aids, the hearing professional will be able to perform a powerful hearing aid generated hearing test, as well as change settings in the hearing aid to be personalized to your specific hearing loss. It is recommended that you find a quiet place with good internet access for these appointments.
Follow-Up Consulting
Reform saves you money by unbundling your long term follow up services. Your initial purchase provides you with 4 months of free service to Reform Telecare. Additional telecare can be scheduled online for a simple fee of $15 per 15 minutes session. Telecare services work very well for most people, but should any issues arise during this process, Widex Moment hearing aids are an open platform hearing aid, which means that they can be assessed and programmed in person at any private hearing clinic around the Country.
