FAQ

Yes! We understand that it can be hard to know whether an online business is reputable or not. You are wise to question any online business that has limited evidence of credibility. As a new business (fully kicking off in early 2021), it takes time to build an online reputation. We use PayPal for all financial transactions which is a highly reputable company. You can find our current patient testimonials on our website here.

No. Most insurances do not provide hearing aid benefits, and those that do are typically minimal. Due to the wide geographical footprint of our business, we do not provide insurance billing. If you believe you have a good hearing aid benefit you should discuss this with your local provider who may be able to bill your insurance without using Reform hearing aids.
Depending on the nature of the problem, you can email us at info@reformhearing.com and let us know what you need, or you can schedule an appointment with one of our professionals to troubleshoot your concerns. We will then walk you through the process to get things working.
Reform Packages come with a 3-year Loss/Excessive Damage warranty. If an aid is lost, contact Reform and we can get it replaced with a $195 deductible per ear. This warranty is only good once per ear. After it has been used or expired our hands are tied, and new hearing aids will need to be purchased. Additional loss coverage can be purchased if needed. We will discuss your options should this be necessary.
Products can be returned within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. You will only be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Our hearing aids can provide a powerful Hearing aid generated hearing test, but if you already have a diagnostic hearing test, this would be helpful in the fitting process. Please email your report to info@reformhearing.com with your name and birthdate.
Custom earmolds are not available from Reform, however, Reform uses Widex hearing aids, which are an open platform product. This means that should custom earmolds be required, you can take these hearing aids to a local hearing clinic and have them adjusted in any way that you would like, including custom earmolds. These additional services would simply be based on your local hearing clinics fee schedule.
The Widex Moment App can control, personalize, and stream sound to your hearing aids via your Apple and some Android phones. Click here for a full list of compatible phones.
Reform is a hearing aid distributor and tele-care provider of hearing care services. In addition, Reform uses a name brand, open-platform hearing aid that is widely used by hearing professionals all across the world. While we advocate for and provide tele-care services to save time and money for our patients, we also understand that in some cases further assessment and in-person care is necessary. If Reform's tele-care services are deemed inadequate by you or our hearing professionals, a referral to a local professional will be given for more diagnostic assessment and care. Most other products sold online do not include remote programming, or if they do, are proprietary in nature, meaning that local hearing professionals are locked out of programming software should additional services be needed.
